Delete your Best Technician account

Permanently remove your profile and associated data.

How to request deletion

You can submit an account deletion request in either of the following ways:

  • From within the app: open your profile, go to Settings › Account, and choose Delete account.
  • Email us at support@besttechnician.com from your registered email address.

For email requests, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your registered email and phone number
  • Optional: brief reason for deletion (helps us improve)

Important

Deleting your account is irreversible. Once completed, you will lose access to your account and most associated data.

What will be deleted

  • Profile information and authentication data
  • Saved addresses and preferences
  • Active sessions and device notification tokens
  • Booking history and related records not required to be retained by law

Data we may retain

We may retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or legitimate business need, such as tax, anti-fraud, or accounting requirements (e.g., invoices and payment records). Retention periods are defined by applicable law. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Verification and timeline

  • We may verify your identity via your registered email or phone.
  • We aim to process verified requests within 30 days, subject to complexity and legal obligations.

Revoke access immediately

  • Log out from all devices.
  • Uninstall the app from your devices to remove cached data.
